Pls note that we have own production of carbon and low-alloyed steel heavy wall seamless pipes in China as follows:

1. PRODUCT: Carbon and Low-Alloyed Steel Big Diameter Thick Wall  Seamless  Tubes
2. ORIGIN: China
2. MANUFACTURER:  will tell you
3. PROCESSING: centrifugal  casting + mechanical treatment by lathe + thermal treatment (normalization)
4. STANDARD:  EN 10210-1:2006  (or GB/T8163 or DIN 1629)
5. MATERIAL:
 (i) carbon S355J2H  (= St. 52-3 , eq. Chinese Q345B/16Mn);
(ii) fine-grained (low-alloyed)  S420NLH

6. MECHANICAL PROPERTIES:  as per EN 10210-1:2006: e.g. for S355J2H:
                YIELDING POINT (MPa (N/mm2), minimum):         
                        16-40 mm:     345                 
                        40-63 mm:     335                 
                        63-80 mm:     325                 
                        80-100 mm:     315                 
                        100-120 mm:     295                 
                                TENSILE STRENGTH (MPa):        
                        3-100 mm:     470-630                 
                        100-120 mm:     450-600                 
                     MINIMUM ELONGATION (%, longitudinal):             
                        <= 40 mm:     22                 
                        40-63 mm:     21                 
                        63-100 mm:     20                 
                        100-120 mm:     18                 
7. MTC: as per EN 10204 3.1.B:

                 TESTS:      
                 1. TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES   
                 2. NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST (Eddy Current Test, Ultrasonic Scope)  
                 3. SURFACE QUALITY   
                 4. DIMENSION TOLERANCE   
                 5. IMPACT TEST: minimum energy KV: 27 Joules at -20°C  
8. SURFACE: smooth inside/outside without any external defects
9. SIZE (O.D. x Thickness):  406.4 (16") - 812.8 (32") x 50-140 mm
10. LENGTH: 2.2 - 5.5 m
11. ENDS: plain
12. PROTECTION: none, any oil/varnish
13. PACKING:  bundles
14. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: abt 500 MT monthly (limited by laborious mechanical finishing)
15. SHIPMENT: by 20'GP FCL
